We’re a family who live here in Theseus Village. We clean your home, once or on a regular day, and look after it while you’re away. Nikolaos oversees each visit and is the person you speak to.
Cleaning, once or on a regular day
We come round, see the house and give you a price. Then we clean it. Book again whenever you need us.
I. One-off cleans
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, on a day that suits you. It costs less per visit than booking one-off cleans.
II. Regular cleaning
Kitchen, bathrooms, floors and surfaces, linen changed and beds made. If you want something done a particular way, tell us when we see the house and we’ll note it.
III. Done your way
Looking after your house while you’re away
Water, electricity, doors, windows, the roof terrace, garden and pool. After a storm or a power cut, we go round and check for damage.
I. We check everything works
We open the windows and shutters to let in air and light, then close everything properly. A house shut for months gets damp quickly. Airing it keeps it fresh.
II. We air the house
Two or three days before you’re back, we clean the whole house and make the beds, so it’s ready when you walk in.
III. We clean before you arrive

A family from Theseus Village
Two brothers and their cousin, living and working in Theseus Village. We only work here, for the people we live alongside.
Why Ariadne
In the myth, Ariadne gave Theseus a thread so he could always find his way home. Our village carries his name. We’d like to be that thread for you: looking after your home while you’re away, and having it ready when you return.
